Gluten Free Broccoli Cheese Soup

It’s raining season here in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. And in this cold and raining day, a bowl of hot creamy delicious soup sounds perfect, doesn’t it? I made broccoli soup before but This soup hit the spot perfectly. And let me tell you it is the BEST broccoli cheese soup that I have had! Hot soup with homemade french bread was fantastic!!! I love how creamy it was and the veggies inside gave it a nice texture to the soup. I’ll post the recipe for French Baguettes later.

Super Moist Chocolate Coffee Cupcakes

You will love this cupcakes as much as i do. It’s so moist and chocolatey. The black coffee gives the chocolate flavour extra yumminess. As for the frosting , i made my first buttercream frosting and i really didn’t like how it taste cos it was way too sweet. But i love how pretty my frosting Colour was. Still a bit messy though. If you have favourite frosting recipe that is not too sweet, please share it with me.
